SCR catalyst is suitable for NOx post-treatment of diesel engine. The No and NO2 in the exhaust gas were reduced to N2 after urea was hydrolyzed to NH3, and NOx was effectively removed under the condition of oxygen enrichment in the diesel engine. We can provide vanadium-based, iron-based and copper-based SCR products. Our product has good low-temperature activity, wide temperature window and stability, matching the whole machine can meet Euro IV to Euro VI emission standards. The catalyst coating can be done on metallic as well as ceramic based substrates.
COMPLETE SCR SYSTEM WORKING
The SCR system adopts an injection system with compressed air assistance. The urea solution supply pump is equipped with a built-in control device, which can control the internal urea solution supply
