Product Description
SCR catalyst is suitable for NOx post-treatment of diesel engine. The No and NO2 in the exhaust gas were reduced to N2 after urea was hydrolyzed to NH3, and NOx was effectively removed under the condition of oxygen enrichment in the diesel engine. We can provide vanadium-based, iron-based and copper-based SCR products. Our product has good low-temperature activity, wide temperature window and stability, matching the whole machine can meet Euro IV to Euro VI emission standards. The catalyst coating can be done on metallic as well as ceramic based substrates.
Working principle of SCR System
SCR REACTION:
4NH3 + 4NO + O2→ 4N2 + 6H2O 8NH3 + 6NO2→7N2 + 12H2O 2NH3 + NO + NO2→2N2 + 3H2O The ammonia needed for the SCR reaction comes from the hydrolysis of a urea solution:
