DPF INTRODUCTION

DPF is the only option to satisfy particle number emissions. Common DPF support materials are ceramics, aluminum titanate and silicon carbide. The choice of carrier material is mainly based on the use of DPF and regeneration strategy, including carbon back pressure, filtration efficiency, regeneration temperature, time and so on. All three carriers are now on the market. Our DPF coating technologies are based on a high thermal stable wash coat formulation with excellent NO2 formation.

DOC INTRODUCTION
DOC is one of the most important catalysts for diesel engine reprocessing. Its main function is to oxidize the unburned hydrocarbons (HC) in the engine and the carbon monoxide (CO) produced during combustion into harmless water and carbon dioxide. At the same time, it can also convert NO into NO2 for passive regeneration of downstream catalyst particle trap (CDPF) and improve NOx conversion efficiency of SCR. Depending on the emission requirements, it is sometimes necessary to integrate multiple functions on DOC, which also brings great challenges to the design of DOC. We can provide the following conventional DOC products, but also according to the customer's engine emissions input to provide customized DOC products

SCR INTRODUCTION                                               SCR catalyst is suitable for NOx post- of diesel engine. The No and NO2 in the exhaust gas were reduced to N2 after urea was hydrolyzed to NH3, and NOx was effectively removed under the condition of oxygen enrichment in the diesel engine. We can provide vanadium-based, iron-based and copper-based SCR products. Our product has good low-temperature activity, wide temperature window and stability, matching the whole machine can meet Euro IV to Euro VI emission standards. The catalyst coating can be done on metallic as well as ceramic based substrates.

Working principle of SCR System

SCR REACTION:

4NH3 + 4NO + O2→ 4N2 + 6H2O

8NH3 + 6NO2→7N2 + 12H2O

2NH3 + NO + NO2→2N2 + 3H2O

The ammonia needed for the SCR reaction comes from the hydrolysis of a urea solution:

 

CO(NH2)2 + H2O CO2+ 2NH3

COMPLETE SCR SYSTEM WORKING
The SCR system adopts an injection system with compressed air assistance. The urea solution supply pump is equipped with a built-in control device, which can control the internal urea solution supply pump and compressed air solenoid valve to operate according to established procedures.
